What has to be true before launch

The interface is the easy part. Identity, consent, quotas, cost control, moderation, job recovery, deletion, and evidence are the product.

01VerifyGoogle sign-in establishes an opaque HAL user ID. Raw Google identifiers stay out of URLs, logs, and storage keys.
02ReserveThe server atomically reserves the daily music or lifetime video entitlement before provider work begins.
03GenerateOne idempotent WorkGraph job carries the prompt, policy, budget, provider attempt, and cancellation state.
04SettleCredits settle from provider evidence. Ambiguous outcomes reconcile; accepted media receives a QC and lineage receipt.
